Background and
History:
E-SOS was
conceptualized on January 28, 2011 and had its first online assignment on
February 23, 2011. The first project was pdf editing job for a client from
Atlanta, Georgia, USA. It started out as an individual freelance endeavor in the United Arab Emirates and now based in the Philippines where the founder and chairman is currently residing. Up to now, E-SOS is continually handling jobs for online clients primarily
from the US, UK and EU.
The name E-SOS
was chosen to signify the main attribute of the company. “SOS” is a familiar distress signal made when an emergency help is
needed. In our case we added “E” to
mean that the need for help is brought to our attention by means of electronic
means, that is thru the internet. Giving more meaning to E-SOS, “Expert Service Online Support” is conceptualized to provide
online/virtual support to businesses worldwide.
